I believe in something I call "The Perfects Balance''

  •

It's a concept that has worked for me as I've made a series of quantum leaps. I was a kid who played basketball at North Garland High School, then played at the college level at Eastfield Community College, Oklahoma Panhandle State and Texas A & M Kingsville. Shortly thereafter, the media wrote, "J.J. Johnson virtually overnight became a world-class sprinter.'' I am a two-time World Outdoor Championship Gold medalist in the 4x100 meter relay, Goodwill Games Bronze medalist, Grand Prix final champion and still one of the fastest men in the world for 100 (9.95) and 200 (19.88) meters. Sometime in the middle of learning how to run track at the highest level, I decided to give football a try, and used my 4.29 speed in the 40 yard dash to earn a 2002 training-camp stint with the Oakland Raiders.

I work now as the Fitness/Sports Performance Trainer Director and Massage Practitioner, in charge of the Metro-plex based Synergy Bodywork & Elite Training. In my business, I use my experience, knowledge and leadership skill to guide athletes that want to better their skills, help people to get in shape, and give everyone the ultimate massage experience.
