The programThe Perfect Balancefocuses on helping athletes to understand and learning how to control their body.  We want each athletes to know how to obtain optimal performance through proper training and mental preparation.  Synergy Elite teaches athletes how to maximize their athletic potential through innovative, elite training techniques. 

 

Speed & Agility is a big part of almost every sport; coaches want to have fast, agile athletes. Teaching an athlete the correct way to run and how to control their body can be the difference in some cases of making the team or not.  Not only can proper running form and agility skills help an athlete become more dominate, it can also help to prevent injuries.  If the body is not moving properly while trying to perform at high intensities, injuries can occur.  Our goal is to have athletes perform at a high intensity level for longer periods of time.

Synergy Sports Performance not only trains the body of athletes, we also train their mind.  We teach athlete, “Proper, Preparation, for Peak Performance”.  We know that at about 80% of athletic performance is mental, so we teach athletes how to prepare to be the best.
